Designed by HW100Tuning, the ©Belleville Adjuster Guide is an upgraded guide with a 5mm allen head adjuster to stabilise the regulator belleville stack for the Weihrauch HW100. It limits lateral movement ensuring that the bellevilles do not grind against the inside of the regulator body which can cause inconsistencies. A direct replacement for the original 5mm allen head adjuster.

**If your air rifle is FAC from factory, it will have a different design piston which already incorporates a belleville washer guide and you will not need this part. This is for Sub 12 ft rifles and sub 12 ft rifles that are being re-tuned for FAC ticket holders.

Instructions: Apply a thin layer of *Airgun Oil to the 16 belleville washers and fit the washers into the gun as usual, then carefully screw the guide into place - it will immediately engage with 12 washers, and then as it is tightened, the guide engages the next 2 washers and the last 2 bellevilles engage the piston.

Suitable for standard/sub 12 ft lb and FAC air rifles.
We have found that the following combinations/stacks work best:-

We have tried many different greases, oils & lubricants over the years and this is the one that our Service Engineers recommend & use in our workshops.

Colourless, odourless, non-flammable, low viscosity, non-toxic & temperature resistant - this is the perfect airgun oil for the maintenance of regulators (including Belleville Washers) & seals etc. on your airgun. Silicone-based lubricants are unique in that they don't evaporate or dry up during use, unlike other greases. It is the perfect viscosity to coat, lubricate & improve o-ring seals longevity. It is also temperature resistant - it won't go thick & "claggy" during colder weather which can effect performance, leading to power loss in your gun. It doesn't matter what the weather is, it stays at the perfect fluidity/viscosity, allowing the internal parts of your airgun to perform consistently.
