Description
The PIXAPRO LECO500 RGB II is a user-friendly 36W RGB LED Light Panel, suitable for both stills and video. It can be powered from the mains, or two Sony NP-F Series (a.k.a. L series) rechargeable batteries. The LECO500 RGB II features 600 bright LEDs, with a CRI (Colour-Rendering Index) of 95 for accurate colour reproduction, which makes it suitable for professional broadcast use, as well as for cinematography and smaller productions. Since the LECO500 RGB is an RGB colour LED panel, which enables you to select between 360 different hues/colours, negating the need for a collection of coloured gels. You can also control the Colour-Temperature of the lights between 3200K and 5600K, which is perfect for times where you need to balance the light with daylight or tungsten lighting.
The LEDs in the LECO500 RGB II are also Flicker-Free, meaning you can shoot at virtually any framerate, or any shutter-angle without fear of introducing flicker.
The LECO500 RGB II features a smart-passive cooling system, which efficiently dissipates heat without the need for cooling fans, which make the panels Noise-Free, which is great for situations where you need to simultaneously record clean audio during your shooting session.
The LECO500 RGB II features a lightweight and durable aluminium-alloy housing along with a manual yoke to enable you to position your light in virtually any position you require. LECO500 RGB II also comes with a set of removable metal Barn Doors, which gives you the ability to control the angle of the beam. The barn-doors also protect the LEDs from damage during transit.
The LECO500 RGB II panel can be powered by either an AC mains adapter (included) or powered via two Sony NP-F Series batteries (available separately or included with battery bundle options). This makes the LECO500 RGB II ideal for photographers and videographers who shoot both in the studio or on location.
The LECO500 RGB II comes with a Wireless 433MHz remote control, which enables you to control the brightness, or the Colours of up to 99 units simultaneously at distances of up to approximately 30m.
