2. Let us know the engraving details by: 

• Sending us a message once you have placed the order via contact seller in your purchase history.
• Saving a message to your order during the checkout process (there is a 'Message to Seller' Button on the checkout page - click this - type your message - then click Add.

For example:  

·      Message:  Letter M - White Wood - ( Mercedes )

Letter L - Oak Veneered - ( Liam )

Letter S - Birch - ( Sarah ) 

·      Please put your engraving text inside brackets () so we know to only engrave that.

·      Please separate any line breaks with / we will remove these before engraving.

·      Any extra instructions you might have regarding engraving, please let us know.

Please ensure you check and double check your spelling as we will just copy and paste your message exactly as it is written. WE ONLY FOLLOW UP IF YOUR ORDER MISSING THE PERSONALISATION, WE WON'T BE CHECKING IF WHAT YOU WROTE IS WHAT YOU REALLY WANTED! WE WON'T CHECK YOUR GRAMMAR EITHER AS OURS ISN’T PERFECT NEITHER. SO MAKE SURE YOU SPEND AN EXTRA 10 SECONDS PROPERLY SENDING US A MESSAGE!

We usually copy and paste the information you provide us and often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with yourself and not us. 

Please take care when ordering your item so that no errors are made, as the item is personalised no refund can be issued. 

If we do not receive your personalisation details within 3 working days, we may mark your item as dispatched in order to adhere to eBay dispatch policy. We will dispatch your order as soon as we have received instructions from you.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

PLEASE READ: 1^st and 2^nd class standard and recorded delivery are NOT Guaranteed Delivery Services. The only delivery service Royal Mail will guarantee is TRACK & TRACE and EXPRESS DELIVERY (offered on every listing). All eBay delivery dates and our own delivery dates are ESTIMATES; they are NOT GUARANTEED delivery dates. During busier periods, such as Christmas and bank holidays some parcels may take longer then expected to arrive and we advise all buyers to be aware of this, and to allow extra time for your items to arrive. Although every effort is made on our part to get items out quickly, we do not deliver them ourselves and are therefore relying on Royal Mail to get them delivered on time. A recent face to face meeting with a Royal Mail representative confirmed that 98% of post arrives without issue, which does mean that 2% may get lost or delayed, which we unfortunately cannot do anything about. Please do not assume an item not received is an item not sent, please check your order history and if it has been marked as dispatched then please be assured it has been dispatched, and any delay thereafter is down to Royal Mail. We will do our best to resolve any issues arising from Royal Mail not delivering on time, but please remember a lost or delayed parcel is just as frustrating for us as it is for you.
