ORGANIC DANDELION SEEDS 10g approx

Approx 1200 per gram

Dandelions are available year round but are at their best from April to June. They are very edible and a great favorite of tortoises and lizards and are rich in vitamin A,C and D. Flowers are favoured the most, but stalks contain high levels of Oxalic Acid. Use as a mixed weed feed since dandelions are a diretic.

Dandelion is very easy to grow and cultivate, starting with any soil, or potting soil, plant the seeds in a very lightly sowed row, water and cover with less than 1/8 inch or soil. Lightly water again. Germination will begin in 4-10 days, flowering in 14 days, and seed production in 1 week following flowering.

We have kept tortoise for over 16 years and have kept and bred some rare species such as pancake, indian star, tunisian, leopard tortoises.

We believe in keeping tortoise as close to wild conditions as possible.

Shipping Information

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible once payment has cleared. For larger items please be aware that a courier may be used, and as such a signature will be required. Where a signature is required, please be aware that you will be also be signing for the condition of the goods. If you are unable to check to ensure the goods are not damaged, please sign that the goods are ‘unchecked’. Failure to do so could invalidate a warrantee claim.

Please allow 1-10 days deliverly on dry items.

All orders must be processed before 8am for same day deliverly (if you choose this option)

Returns Policy

All items apart from consumables (bedding, seeds, supplements etc) come with a full warranty. Before making a return, please contact us to advise us of the situation. Our contact details are listed here. Depending upon what you have ordered, the return address may differ and as such we will need to ensure you return the correct item to the correct location. Please ensure returned items are not used or otherwise in a state not fit for resale. If the item has retail packaging, please wrap the item first to ensure that the packaging is not damaged. If items are returned with damaging packaging a restocking fee may be applied. Returns postage costs are refundable if items are faulty or damaged in the post, once returned to the supplier in original packing.

Postage is not refundable if items are purchased in error, but the item will be refunded if returned to the supplier in original packaging.

Items purchased in error and sent free post: you will be refunded minus postage costs.
