Description

These Terrazzo Stone Planters will add a stunning statement to your indoor or outdoor living area. Made from concrete stone with mottled pink colouring, these planters are available in a standard round pot, a pot with legs, or a hanging planter with rope. The planters all include a drain hole for drainage (with stopper).

Shipping

Combined Postage

  • If you buy items with postage we will always combine the cost to give a cost effective rate.

  • When you purchase multiple items please ask for an invoice and we will send you one with combined postage.

  • If you would like us to quote postage before bidding/buying just let us know what you are interested in.

Packing Time

  • We know you want your purchases as quickly as possible. We will endeavour to dispatch your order on the same day for orders placed before 12pm.
     
  • Orders placed after 12pm can not be guaranteed to leave same day although all effort will be made to do so when possible. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment.

Terms of Sale

Returns
All of our products are covered by a 30 day returns policy. A returned item must be undamaged and unused and in its original undamaged packaging. Original shipping costs can not be refunded and buyer must return item at buyers expense. If you wish to return your items for an exchange or refund, please contact our customer service, and we respond to you within 24 hours.


Damaged Merchandise
*All shipping damages must be reported within 24 hours from the time of delivery*
In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do everything we can to get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
*We cannot accept claims reported after a 24 hour period*
Please understand, this is a rule set by our courier company. Our courier company will not accept any claim reported 24 hours after delivery, so we must pass this rule on to our customer. 

Failed Delivery
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package to you, you can either have us re-attempt shipment or you can cancel the order. In both cases you will be responsible for all extra shipping fees incurred.
