How to place your order & Personalise

1- Purchase the item via the 'Buy It Now' button

2- Use the 'Contact Seller' button to attach and send your photo via eBay. You can attach your photos to your eBay message using the 'Attach Photos' option found below the eBay message dialogue.

3 – If you have chosen free digital proofing you will receive your digital proofs/Example via eBay messages with 24/48 working hours (Monday to Friday) If we don’t hear back from you within 2 days we will assume you happy with your design and we will progress your order.


Really Important Stuff

- If there is any issue with the size or quality of your image we will get in touch within 24 hours. If you don’t hear from us assume all is well.

- We recommend that for the best print quality, photos should be 500kb or greater in size. we are willing print lower resolution but do remind you that best quality can only be achieved with larger resolution photo's. please feel free to contact us if you are unsure or what us to check the print quality before purchasing. 

- We do not recommend stretching any of your images. We try to include as much of your image as possible in the insert space available however we may need to cut into your image slightly for a perfect fit. If you have any special requirements with regards to this please let us know via the notes box when uploading your image.

- Re-coating is essential to protect against the harmful UV rays from the sun, how regularly re-coating is required varies depending on numerous factors such as direction the plot/tile is facing in relation to the sun rise and fall & the time of year. as a general rule we recommend re-coating every 6 months to ensure your tile stays bright & vibrant, you can use any clear lacquer that contains UV protection & is available from most DIY or craft stores for only a few pounds

- Due to different monitor calibrations, various environment elements & printing process we can not guarantee 100% colour matching we always endeavour to match colours as close as possible to the photo you send.

Postage & Packaging Information

All our tiles are dispatched wrapped in bubble wrap and placed inside a cardboard sleve, and sealed inside a padded enevlope.

eBay delivery estimate date - Whilst we aim to have your item delivered before the eBay estimated delivery please bear in mind that delays can occur if there is a delay receiving your printing details/photos.

Please note that our free shipping option uses the Royal Mail services with a delivery time of 3-5 working days. If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 business days from receiving your shipping notification, please check with your local sorting office before contacting us as undelivered parcels are returned there and held for two weeks. It's also worth checking with your neighbours as parcels are often left with them.

As all our personalised products are made to order and have no intrinsic value on the open market, we are therefore, unfortunately, unable to accept returns unless the products are faulty or Damaged. For personalised goods that are faulty or different from those you ordered, please contact us within seven days.
