LDV Maxus ESA Module Central Locking Module - Full Professional Repairs  All Relays Changed

We have been repairing these ESA modules for Years and Always Change all the Relays 

Not like some that only change the failed Relay. 

These Relays will fail due to a Coil Fault that is Time related and not Cyclic Operations Related.

All 3 relays are 9 pin Dual Relays and are through hole soldered on the pcb.

We ONLY use the OEM manufactured Relays made by the original company that made the Pektron one's

FAULTS

What happens is if you have one Door NOT closing or NOT opening, Then it is relay related almost every time.

 Very rarely do the actual central locking motors Fail.

The remotes do stop working and then you will get NO Operation at all.

If your Relays have not failed we will return the ESA Module at your expense back to you.

DETAILS

Remove one battery lead

Remove the ESA Module from under and to the right of the glove box.

The plug ROTATES out of the box - one side has a hooked end so rotate from the other side.

Package up and please INCLUDE ANY REMOTES that you have - we need these to test the unit on the bench and if you WANT ANY NEW REMOTES  when we program those new ones the old will be FORGOTTEN if not PRESENT to reprogram.

EXTRAS

We can activate the Factory Fitted Alarm (all were turned OFF when they left the Factory - All LDV Maxus vans!) 

There is a small charge of £20 to do this - The alarm is the Vehicle HORN and the Hazzards 

No movement detector- and works when any door is opened.

Also we can setup the central locking to SINGLE CLICK OR DOUBLE CLICK
