Returns Policy
- We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unopened/unused.
- The item must be in new condition and unmarked. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition, the item can be returned and it will be replaced. If you are not happy with the item, and you would like return the item, the postage fees will be paid back to us by the buyer.
- Please contact us through eBay messaging system before sending the item back to us, and all returns will need to have a note attached explaining the reason of return/replacement request along with buyer's eBay ID.
