We ship via CanadaPost, USPS, UPS, Fedex and DHL depending on destination.

RETURNS
All returns MUST include a Return Authorization # in order to be received and accepted into our facilities. Please contact us via eBay to request a Return Authorization # prior to shipping back your purchase.
Items returned under warranty if found to be defective will be repaired, replaced or a refunded at our discretion. We do not offer cross ship for warranty replacement. If your product is damaged we require that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt, all claims after this period are not eligible for return.
Returns will NOT be accepted for any items sold AS-IS or For Parts/Not Working.
We accept warrantied returns within 7 days should you change your mind or have purchased the item by mistake. There will be a 35% re-stocking fee and it is the buyer's responsibility to return the unit in its original form. If any changes have been made to the unit, we will reject the return.
To receive an RA#, we require a photo of the warrantied item you received showing any defects and/or discrepancies as well as the reason for return. Please include the item serial number (if applicable) as non-matching serial numbers will result in your request being rejected.
