Each ball and its post is made from a single piece of 316L surgical stainless steel. The inset jewel is made from genuine Swarovski crystal. You can use these gem balls with any 12g or 14g internally threaded body jewellery with a matching thread pattern, including labret studs, straight barbells, dermal anchors, surface barbells, and more.
