Beautiful Dollhouse Miniature Hanging Ceiling Light Shade. It is a tiffany style stained glass. Made from a old lead pewter as it does leave pencil marks on paper and a solid glass. The top hang loop is either copper or brass but it looks more like copper to me because of the orangey red. The chain looks like it has been replaced to me it is a newer vintage metal chain. Glass is a stained glass but I am not sure of the process. It is hard to tell as the pewter is over the glass so I cant see edges etc. But I do see little bubbles in the glass so it may be a hand done lead glass. Pewter also looks like it could of been hand sculpted as there is imperfections in the metal. Really a lovely old piece. It is a non working there is no bulb or wiring. However there is a little hole up top so you may be able to add on bulb on wire. It is a larger scale piece the measurements are in the photos. No missing glass. Did find minor tiny line marks in areas could be hairlines or just scratches. No major chips. Few minor nick ding marks in the glass. Tiny bubbles in the glass as mentioned before. It needs to be cleaned minor age soil/dust. Pewter has areas of tarnish and age. Minor wear marks and minor ding marks in the pewter most of looks like it from the making process. It is a very beautiful displayable piece. I do not know the exact year of the item however it is an older piece. Looks german made to me. Photos are in natural light.
