Sizing: Based on shoe size

Small: Women's 6 - 8, Men's 5 - 7

Medium: Women's 8 - 10, Men's 7 - 9

Extra Large: Women's 12 and up, Men's 11 - 14

After washing, the socks will seem to shrink, but they are knit and do stretch out again.  If you are between sizes or overlap, size down if you prefer a snugger fit and size up if you prefer a looser fit.
