This is a beautiful granny square afghan blanket from the 1950's - 1960's. My mother made this, I believe in the late 1950's and we have had this afghan in our possession since the 1980's. It is hand made crocheted and very nicely done. It measures 44 inches (112cm) by 67 inches (170cm). The colors grade from dark blue to two shades of lighter blue with white in the middle of each square and is in excellent used condition. Most of its life has been spent in a cedar chest. This was washed in preparation for selling so it is ready to be used.
