PayPal:
Please be careful of the funding source that you select when making your PayPal payment. A PayPal e-check is the electronic equivalent of a personal check. Orders paid for with a PayPal e-check will be held until PayPal provides notification that your funds have cleared. We process and ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our main distribution location in San Diego, CA. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or National holidays. Orders received (checkout and payment completed) by 12:00pm PST are usually shipped the same business day or within 24 business hours.

These methods require 1 to 6 business days to arrive after leaving our facility and are fully trackable in route.

Most items will display a Next Day rate which is priced by weight and zip code.

USPS Mail typically takes 4-14 days to arrive to you and is not fully trackable. Delivery confirmation is included on all USPS shipments and is included in your charge.

We ship virtually anywhere on the planet so long as there is a service to get your order to you.

UPS International Economy is usually delivered within 3-7 business days after leaving our facility. UPS International Economy is fully insured and is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. Smaller and lighter items may ship by USPS First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Mail Innovations.

Check the listing carefully to be sure. The benefit is that your delivery is not delayed while trying to collect your duties and taxes, and you see the full landed cost of your item prior to committing to purchase.

You can enter in your destination country there and see an estimate for how much the item will cost to ship.

Ground parcels are generally delivered in just 4-10 business days after leaving our facility. Ground is trackable online from the time that it leaves our facility until it arrives on your doorstep. Please read about these fees below. Shipments sent via USPS to Canada already have brokerage and duties prepaid and will not be subject to any further fees.

Once checkout has been completed, item consolidation will stop for that order and no additional items may be added.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Please note that we have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country; so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information PRIOR to committing to a purchase.

Brokerage Fees:
UPS International Economy is a not a paid brokerage service. You will be responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties, taxes and any additional import fees upon delivery.

Commercial Invoices and Declared Values:
All of our international shipments include a commercial invoice. We represent all of our products as merchandise and the declared value for each item will be the exact price that you paid for it. We cannot, under any circumstances, lower the declared value or mark the package as anything but merchandise (this means NO gifts!!).

Tracking Your Package:
You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail the day that your order leaves our facility. This email is generated at the close of business day and will contain your tracking number (if available) along with a link to the tracking website for your package.

Returns:
All eBay purchases are expected to meet your expectations. Buyers of non "as-is" merchandise have 30 days from date of receipt to submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A RMA can be requested by using the eBay ASQ (Ask Seller a Question) feature at the top of the listing. All returns must be in original unused condition. Returns MUST be received in our warehouse within 30 days of you receiving your order or they will be refused and returned back to you. Dead-On-Arrival (DOA) items that were not advertised "as is" will be replaced (if available) or refunded to the buyer’s original method of payment. Returns will not be accepted for items listed as "broken" or "as-is".

If replacement parts are available they will be sent to you. If no replacement is available, a refund may be the only option. Please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your item if there is any damage. We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable replacement or to facilitate a prompt repair. If this cannot be achieved, we will provide you with a full refund.

Warranty:
We stand behind every item that we sell and will do everything possible to assure that you're satisfied. Should your merchandise be damaged through defect or otherwise, we'll be happy to facilitate replacement or repair for you. Certain items we sell have advertised warranties that are typically honored through our company.

Return Procedure:
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us through the eBay messages link to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, please clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:

All returns will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. Parcels received more than 30 days after you received them will be refused and returned to you.

A restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price may be applicable for any return that is opened, assembled or otherwise not in new condition.

A request for an RMA must be made within 30 days of receipt and the RMA is valid for 30 calendar days from the day you received your order. Parcels received beyond this date will be returned to you.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the parcel.
