TradersOfOz offers a 7 Day Change of Mind Policy. With a 25% restocking fee + return shipping fees, you have the option to return any unopened, unused item in its original packaging that you bought from TradersOfOz for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please do not return the product to us without prior consultation – credit will not be given in this case.
If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement.
If your item develops a fault after delivery, we will assess your claim and offer a replacement, full refund or other remedy where appropriate.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. Any damage from shipping must be reported within 3 business days of receipt of the product.
