  1.Like you know the LCD screen is fragile and high value, it's necessary and important to take a video when you unpack the package, and it will be a valid evidence when you receive damaged LCD screens or shortages.

  2. We tested the LCD before send out,so please test it before glue the LCD!!!because have few customer broken the LCD when installing.

  3. We can not offer instructions for installation,It's not an easy job for someone who has no experience at all.If you are not good at replacing the LCD, strongly recommend looking for Professional repairman or repair store.we will not hold responsible for any damages to your device when cause during the replacement process.

  4. Please clear all old glue on frame first before proceed to install the LCD and remove the battery connector before installing to avoid short-circuit.and if your housing has bent already, please change the housing first before replace the LCD.If not,the LCD might break easily after installed.

  5. Please use glue/adhesive that is specific for handphone spare part.We won't proceed with any warranty if you use the wrong type.

WARRANTY

  1. We offer 30 days warranty if do not installed.but should make sure that:

      Have not Physical Damaged (Outer glass &  Inner LCD cracked)

      Have not Scratches on LCD

      Have not Screw mark on LCD

      Have not Traces of glue mark on LCD

      Have not Flex Cable/Connector is broken  

  2. We can not offer warranty after installed.because if the parts has been installed we will assume that it's up to standards and has no problem.even because your housing bent or do not clean the old glue on frame and cause the LCD broken in a short period of time.please understanding.

RETURN & EXHANGE POLICY

  1. If you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know within 3 days from the day that you received item.

  2. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return results from our error.

  3. If the item is returned for other reason or just do not want it, you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

  4. If the part appears to have been damaged from an attempted installation, we will not be able to offer any form of refund/exchange & do not bear the postage.
