to Purchase
Our returns policy, (which has been collated from 3 different Pit Bike
suppliers in the UK) allows for the return of item/s under the following
conditions. By purchasing this item you are agreeing to our returns policy and
agree to adhere to the conditions within.
Returning
incorrectly ordered item/s.
Under Consumer Regulations Customers can return the item/s for up to 14
days after you have received it. Once you confirmed you would like to return
your item/s, you then have a further 14 days to return the item/s.
If you cancel your order but we have already processed the item/s for
delivery, you must send the item/s back to us at your own cost and risk as soon
as possible in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
Once you have notified us that you are returning the item/s, provided
that the item/s in question are returned by you, and received by us, in the
condition they were in when delivered to you, unused and in original packaging
a refund will be issued. You are responsible for the cost of returning any
non-faulty item/s. we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them
during the transit and we recommend you use a recorded or secure delivery
method. If the item/s are lost or damaged in transit we may charge you, or not
refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
If you do not return the item/s delivered to you by the delivery service
provider or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct
the direct costs of recovering the item/s from the amount to be re-credited to
you.
Any e-bay and PayPal fees incurred to us from an incorrectly ordered
item may also be subject to be deducted from the total amount re-credited to
you from the cost of the original item.
If the postage on the item/s are free there is still a cost to us
associated with the postage of the item. If you return free delivery item/s the
cost of original postage to you may also be deducted from the total amount
re-credited to you from the cost of the original item.

please contact your Citizens Advice Bureau or a solicitor.
For faulty item/s
Please contact us via e-bay messages to discuss and we will aim to
resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will work with you to ensure that
you receive a resolution.
In the event of a damaged or defective product claim, you shall be
required to return such item/s to us for inspection and report (without any
obligation on us to replace the said item/s prior to such inspection) and you
confirm that it shall be reasonable for us to inspect such defective item/s and
allow us to undertake inspections.
Any Item/s covered by warranty and considered
defective by the customer MUST be returned to us to be inspected and replaced
(Please message to discuss). You are responsible for the cost of returning any faulty
item/s. we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during the
transit and we recommend you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If the item/s
are lost or damaged in transit we may charge you (or not refund to you),
amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
If the
item is agreed defective the defective part will be replaced Free of Charge and
Return Postage costs refunded to the customer. If the item is deemed not to be
an original manufacturing defect and a result of misuse or incorrect assembly
the item will be returned to you at your expense, or a replacement can provided
at retail price and delivery charged.
New parts warranty will be covered only for
the remaining of the original warranty period. No labour is included in the
warranty. Fitting is your responsibility and must be carried out by a qualified
technician.
Important
Information for new engines
All new engines must be fitted by a competent
person or qualified mechanic.
All engines are required to be ‘run in’
prior to general use.
Any damages or faults to your engine
once fitted and fully running are your responsibility and as such we may not agree
to accept return of any engine once it has been fitted and running.
However
should any manufacturing fault be raised within 14 days of you receiving the
engine, the engine must be returned in it’s original packaging at your cost and
the return will be processed as per our faulty item policy.
We accept no responsibility for any
damages or loss. Also excluded from this warranty is any incidental or
consequential damages, including loss of use, You agree to this warranty when
you make a purchase.
