You are looking at a 40 Watt U.S. to Foreign Reverse Voltage Converter put out by Enercell.  This item has never been used.  It was purchased several years ago and has been sitting in a box.  I only opened the box to take pictures of the device.  It needs a new home and you're just the person to buy it.
