Shipping

It usually takes approximately 10-25 business days to receive order for most countries. However, sometimes there will be one or two days late, item location is at China, please be advised that International shipping usually take longer than domestic, as it's based on shipping service provider and customs. If you want us send the item to Africa, Eastern Europe and South America, please contact us before bidding. You might need to add extra postage.

Every item has been checked strictly before we send them out. We packaged the item carefully using the latest technology to ensure safe shipment to you. All items will be shipped within 24 business hours after receipt of payment (except Saturday, Sunday and holiday).

Please make sure your address match your Paypal address before you pay. Make sure your phone number is true. Your phone number is necessary for delivery. Always make sure provide sufficient information to help us make a smoothly delivery.

Import duties:

Taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with the additional costs of your country's customs office. If the package returned back to us or destroyed in your local country's customs due to the customs issues or the buyer's reason, the buyer are responsible for the return fee and the second item fee. • Returns must be authorized by the seller prior to their return.
• Buyers must follow the returns instruction provided by the seller.
• If you are returning a merchandise, please make sure it is in the original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. It may be denied if the product has been altered from its original condition.
• Defective, damaged or mis-shipped items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please provide customer service with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items.
• In case the item is defective on the way of shipment, please inform us within 30 days of receipt, we will arrange the replacement or refund. We will take the responsibility for the return postage after we confirmed it is the problem of our products. We are unable to buy a shipping label in your local country as our location is in China. However, we will pay you the postage through Paypal directly after received the return package.
• Buyer assumes all shipping, handling, and insurance charges. All shipping costs are non-refundable for the reason just do not like it, or change the mind, or too large, too small and so on.
• Refunds will be processed we received the return item. And it will be processed via Paypal only.
