Super neat old vintage mainframe linear motor assembly with magnets.
I took this hard drive apart in the early 90’s when it was taken out of service. I have included a picture of the spindle that was in the hard drive. The spindle is not included just including the picture for reference. This hard drive was housed in a big sealed NASA looking aluminum casting with fittings that looked like the maker had purged it with Nitrogen.
ONLY INCLUDES THE LINEAR MOTOR and Magnets AS SHOWN - SPINDLE HAS BEEN SOLD AND IS NOT INCLUDED.
