- Chock full of b&w photos, Erle Stanley Gardner explores the desert and seashore terrain of Baja California.  He travels by plane, by pack animal and by chartered airplane and helicopter.  He describes and photographs the terrain and interesting personalities along the way.  As a renowned author with a healthy travel budget, he has complete access to places not open to most of us.  Large photos on nearly every page.

Condition:
Near Like New Condition for this vintage travel/exploration book by the famed author of Perry Mason and other crime stories.  Book shows almost no sign of any wear, except for minor shelf wear to book cover edges.   Interior and page edges are bright and crisp.  Was owned by an E.S. Gardner collector, who bought New, and carefully stored away.  No owner name inside.  Binding/hinges are strong/tight.  No age-tanning of paper.  The dust jacket is in a mylar cover, and shows no sun-bleaching, as it has been stored in the dark cabinet.  A rare collector-preserved specimen.
