This is a untested used John Fluke AC/DC differential voltmeter model 883AB.  Bought this with several pallets of test equipment and there is no cord with it.  Handle has tape on it.    Unit shows marks from use and age.   Please look at pictures.  Shipping calculator is for UPS but may be shipped FedEx ground.
