When the light is dark at night or when the photoresistor RG is pressed by hand, the voltage of pin 3 of U2 is higher than that of pin 2, so the pin outputs high level, LED1 lights up, U3 works normally in resonant state, and pin 3 outputs counting pulses to provide U4, so the U4 output terminal outputs high level in turn to light up LED2～LED7 in turn, which circulates like running water and the interval time is the same. Adjusting RW2 can control the flow speed.
 
 
The power port P1 can be connected to a DC voltage of 7-12V.
