MRF2628 RF Power Transistor 15 W 175 MHz.

These are great VHF power transistors, will do 15 watts out all the way up to 175 MHz. We used these in our FM transmitters and they’d do 15 watts easily. 12 volts, house numbered as used in Motorola two way radios - M2518.
