Shipments:
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery 2nd class mail at our cost or you can choose 1st class mail/ Next Day delivery for extra cost once at checkout.
Item will be dispatched within 24 working hours of payment, usually the same day if before 4pm.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
Please note UK delivery in normally 3 to 5 working days, however delivery can vary during transit which is out of our control. Please wait 10 working days from the date of purchase before you need to contact us.
Return Policy:
If the product you received is damaged, doesn’t match the listing description, or is the wrong item, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
In case of any other reasons for dissatisfaction, other than the ones listed above, please contact us and we will try to work, with you, to make it a positive shopping experience.
You are entitled for a full refund or exchange, whatever is decided upon, if the package is returned within 30 days.
Package must be returned in its original packaging.
