Available in antique brass, chrome or bright brass finishes these are the 'must have' touches to finish off your lamp holder or ceiling rose.
Not limited to just these applications they are also suitable for any location requiring secure and cosmetically pleasing cable exit.

A strain relief help take some strain off the wire or flex from the weight of the item attached to it.
Typically it has additional help from "knotting" the wire or the use of other forms of cord grip.
An example is with out metal period ceiling rose, each rose is supplied with a strain relief as shown here but an additional two hole grip within the rose. Knotting is via a simple twist loop behind the relief or a cord grip to eliminate any pull on the electrical connections.

These are the same items as supplied with our metal period shaped ceiling roses and optionally used on our range of lampholders.

At the Art Deco Emporium. we try to ensure you are completely happy with your purchase experience, however we accept that despite all our best efforts sometimes items can get damaged in transit or quite simply you, the buyer, may change your mind. We request you contact us within fourteen days from time of receipt of any intention to return an item to us. Please use the eBay resolution facility to open a case requesting an item return and provide as much detail as possible. We will then supply full instruction on how to proceed and where to return the item. The item must be returned within sixteen days of opening a return case. This gives you a total of thirty days in total to open a case and return an item. Should the item prove to be faulty we will reimburse all reasonable return costs provided the item is in our possession within the thirty days, thereafter it will be at our discretion. If you simply change your mind and wish to return the item then you must bear the return postage cost. Please ensure the item is in the same condition as you received it. In the case of damage in transit, provide as much detail as possible including photographs of packaging to assist us in making an insurance claim against the shipping company. In all cases, for whatever the reason, we will return the full item cost including your original postage and packaging paid. We do not charge any restocking fees or penalties. Refunded monies will be via the same method as your original payment and will be processed within two working days of receipt of the returned item.

Does Art Deco Emporium. have a physical store? Can I pick up the order in person?
We do not have a physical store; only online shopping is offered. Orders can not be picked up in person; all orders are transacted online and shipped by mail.
Where is my order posted from?
All orders are shipping from Caerphilly, South Wales unless specified otherwise.
I didn't receive my order, what do I do now?
Please note that normal transit time for UK orders with standard shipping is 2 to 5 business days. For International orders, it usually takes 7 to 14 business days (could be longer depending on location and custom regulation). Please contact our Customer Service team if your order does not arrive in the time-frame provided.
