The American standard plug adaptor is the latest converter. This product also converts Japanese and Chinese plugs to BS1363.
The product converts both the non-polarised and polarised 2 pin plug. This can only be located the correct way round and, once firmly held in the guide strip, the lid is closed, making the connection and securing the plug. A simple screw retainer is then tightened. Please note: After fully assembling, a 'pull test' safe check is recommended
Extremely useful in alternative markets the converter plug can be fitted in a moment, on a production line, or at its final destination.
The product is approved to BS5733, BS1363 plug/socket features and BS1362 fuse link. Approved by BSI. Product complies with current RoHS standards.
