The Gold Metal Glass Holder/Wick Turner Has Not Been Cleaned, A Bit Rusty, Wick Turner Does Not Turn As Of Right Now, Did Not Unscrew From Base.
The White/ Clear  Chimney Has Spots On It, I Washed It And The Dirt Did Not Come Off. May Be Some Kind Of Garage Grease (?).
