The natural features of the wood give added character - knots, grain figuring and mineral deposits.

Each item is handmade, so items may vary slightly from the images shown and natural irregularities can occur.

Condition of Item: Brand New, Inspected and ready to be dispatched in packed boxes

Dispatch and Delivery Time: Where ever possible the items will be dispatched within 5 working days after receiving cleared payment. The delivery will take another 2 to 3 working days. Any item for any reason if cannot be dispatched within 5 working days customers will be informed immediately of expected delivery time or will be given full refund.

All of our products are delivered direct to your door by special carrier companies. We aim to get your goods to your door as quickly and efficiently as possible. Depending on what the product is, we select different carriers with different delivery time scales, some within 24hrs of placing the order. For individual delivery times please read carefully the product listings.

Most of our items will be dispatched with 5-6 working days of receiving the payment and order.

Please leave us your landline and mobile number for delivery purpose. This is very important, failed to leave phone numbers could result delivery in delay.

• Collection from our warehouse is welcome, no charge for collection.

We use various methods of delivery, those methods apply to most of area of UK and Ireland, and however, some methods might not apply to certain areas.

Once you have signed the package/items received in good condition the 21 days return policy is activated. FURNITURE TODAY will accept all items returned within 21 days of receiving them in original condition and packing. Returning the goods back to us will be customer responsibility
