Offered here is this Beautiful Folding Fabric Handheld Fan. The frame of the fan is plastic with an embossed, gold stamped design on it. The ring at the end is also made of the same gold color, but it is made of metal. The fan is made of a polyester fabric, with a gorgeous and colorful floral design on it, and lace edging at the top. The fan opens to 17.25” wide, 10” high, and is 9.5” long, 10.25” long including the metal ring, 1.5” folded, by .75” wide at the large end of the frame, which would be the top of the fan. This is a beautiful folding fabric fan, hand made in Spain. It makes a wonderful display piece, as well as a useful way to keep cool in the summer.
