This DVD will NOT play on standard DVD players in USA, Canada, Mexico, Central America, Caribbean, South America, Asia, Australia, New Zealand. This DVD (and any other DVD released anywhere in the world) will play just fine on any multi-region DVD player, bought in USA or elsewhere. It will also play on most computers' DVD drives. Some consumers actually own a multi-region DVD player, without knowing it. All you need to do if you own such Philips, Akai, CyberHome or other DVD player is to use your remote control to switch it to multi-region mode. As such features are almost always not documented by the DVD player's manufacturer, we'd recommend you check your DVD player's capabilities by searching the web for the words 'videohelp DVD Player and Blu-ray Player region codes' and choosing the very first link found. For our USA customers, if you need an advise for a inexpensive ($30-$40) US DVD player, please feel free to contact us or to read our recommenations here: Our DVD player recommendations. Please keep in mind that we do not sell DVD players.
This DVD does not contain pornographic material and may be lawfully sold to and viewed by minors.

If these steps don't work, then unfortunately subtitles are not optional. o We now offer FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in the world!
| | | | | | Synopsis: | Colm is a Catholic and George is a poetry-loving Protestant. In Belfast in the 1980s, they could have been enemies, but instead they became business partners. After persuading a mad wig salesman, known as the Scalper, to sell them his leads, the two embark on a series of house calls - always in neighborhoods that are dangerous for one or the other partner. Then they find out they may lose their exclusive wig distributorship to competitors. Through a series of comic twists, the pair are given large orders for wigs by both sides of the Protestant/Catholic conflict. Should they compromise their principles in order to keep their business? Will it destroy their friendship? Could one of their wigs in the hands of the IRA actually put one or both of them in jail or even get them killed?
Comedy set in Ireland: Colm and George work as barbers at a Belfast hospital. One of their patients is Scalper, Ireland's only provider of toupees. The two men, one Protestant, one Catholic, decide to get into the hairpiece-selling business themselves, especially since Scalper is going to be in hospital for some time, but commerce is not the boys' strong point.
