You will receive a link which will lead you to a page where our application videos and written instructions are. In our video we will show you how to prepare the water mix to install this product. Once installed & dried, the edges must be pressed down constantly until they stop lifting. All fingers touching the protector's sticky side (during application) must be WET. Although the product is case compatible it might not be suitable with 100% of the cases in the market, if your case covers too much of the edges (e.g shockproof case) please get in touch before placing an order. With a proper (as shown on our video) installation there will be no lifting edges, bubbles/dust left. As a seller we don't take any responsibility of the INSTALLATION process, CASE Lifting the edges of the product and any bubbles or dust left after the installation. Please check the thickness (0.26mm) before you order.

Delivery

We offer same day dispatch on all of our products. This would mean that orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) BST will be dispatched the same day. The delivery service used for the UK is Royal Mail 48 hour delivery service (2nd class), you also have an option to choose a faster delivery service (Royal Mail 1st class). Orders placed from outside the UK will be dispatched the same day and for the EU member states the delivery times are 3-5 working days and 5-8 working days from outside the EU. Please do not hesitate to contact use if your order is delayed.

The material we supply is soft TPU plastic, the thickness is 0.26mm (to understand how thick it is, most commonly used, case friendly glass are 0.26mm). Our product is long-lasting pure TPU with hydrogel based adhesive.
