We are offering TWO Head Volumetric Fillers with 50 -1000ml capacity, integral conveyor, bottle gating, diving nozzles, drip tray, integral top mounted tank and advanced easy to use control screen.
The filler can multi-fill (for example: if you occasionally need a 5L fill then you can set the filler to repeat a 1000ml fill 5 times). You can count down (set the machine to complete 500 bottles then stop) and the machine includes a counter to tell you how many cycles have been completed.
The filler is fitted with rotary check valves making it ideal for most liquids, pastes, creams and sauces, ranging from water, juices, e-liquids, adhesives, jam etc etc.
It can also handle particulates in the liquids, such as pips, fibres, seeds etc.

The machine requires a standard 220v 50hz Single Phase supply (800w) - standard UK 13A Plug
and a 5Bar air supply with a 10mm push fit connection.
The machine is for collection from our Thame (OX9) site although delivery can be arranged at extra cost.
