This is an OFFICIAL 2004 WORLD SERIES (Selig) Baseball signed by 4x All Star, 1987 World Series Champion, 1985 NL Saves Leader and former Mets, Expos, Twins, Red Sox, Braves, Reds and Yankees pitcher JEFF REARDON in blue pen.  He added the inscription "367 Saves" under his name.  The signature rates an 8.5/10.  The ball itself is ever so lightly toned and beautiful.  Please look at pictures for further detail.  I am happy to send/post more pictures upon request, if needed.

DID YOU KNOW?  On December 26, 2005, Reardon was taken into custody and charged by the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida Police Department for allegedly committing armed robbery at a Hamilton Jewelers store at the Gardens Mall.  Reardon attributed his actions to the influence of the medications that he had been taking since his son died in 2004.  Soon after the episode at the mall and his release from an overnight stay in jail, Reardon returned to a psychiatric facility, and was an inpatient for nearly two months. His doctors drastically reduced his medications and began to administer electroshock treatments. However, Reardon still had to stand trial.  Reardon was eventually found not guilty of the charges by reason of drug-induced insanity. The judge ruled that because Reardon had been taking anti-depressants and mood stabilizers, and he was distraught over his son's death, there was no reasonable explanation for the robbery. In addition, Reardon was not required to be committed after the ruling.

This ball comes with a Tristar sticker affixed to the ball (no card).

This ball was originally purchased through a reputable auction house and I will GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY of the signature with a FULL money back promise if PSA or JSA happens to think otherwise.  I have been collecting, buying and selling baseball autographs for close to 40 years and am considered an expert in the field.  Take a look at the photos, consider my 100% POSITIVE feedback and BID WITH CONFIDENCE.  Please also take a look at my other auctions for more great signed baseballs!

I price ALL of my baseballs to SELL...usually lower priced than all other comparable balls on eBay at the time of listing (seriously...check it out!).  I do list with a "Best Offer" option as again, I am here to SELL these balls, even though I feel my initial pricing is fair.  If you have a reasonable amount in mind, please send an offer.  Worst thing that could happen is for me to decline the offer.  If I counter the offer, it means we're close...let's work together to make it happen.  Thanks for looking!  Brandon
