Feedback Policy: We leave feedback right after payment. If there are any problems, please contact us, we will make it right. 

Shipping Policy:  We ship out items the same day as you purchase if it's before 6 PM PST, Monday-Saturday. If you purchase after 6 PM PST or on a Sunday, the items will go out the next morning. We ship via USPS Media Mail, which takes 2-10 days to arrive. USPS does NOT always scan your package so if you see that it hasn't moved, please rest assured that it's on the way. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO USPS. IF WE ARE LATE DROPPING YOUR PACKAGE AT USPS, WE'LL NOTIFY YOU IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU SEE YOUR PACKAGE IS STUCK EN ROUTE, THAT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY BUT WE WILL ASSIST YOU WITH REACHING OUT TO USPS.
