It can safely handle temps up to 340° F, it allows you to use curling iron, flat iron, blow dry on it.
Hair is sewn on an adjustable light-netting cap, which should fit an average size head. (Male or Female). All you should need to do is adjust the elastic band inside the cap to the correct size to suit your head.
