This auction is for the 1999 insert set and includes these sets: ALL-TOPPS MYSTERY FINEST,  ALL-TOPPS MYSTERY FINEST REFRACTORS, ALL-MATRIX, POWER BROKERS, POWER BROKERS REFRACTORS, LORDS OF THE DIAMOND, NEW BREED, HALL OF FAME COLLECTION, PICTURE PERFECT AND RECORD NUMBERS. If I did not complete a set I will list the missing cards.

This is the 1999 RANGERS team insert set. This set is complete.
