American Ales IPA has a great balance between malt and hops. It is very fruity with great overtones of pine needles, slight herbal character and a full and lingering dry bitter finish. It has an ABV of 6.5% with a pale gold colour and a fluffy white head. It has a wonderful aroma of tropical and citrus fruits, a fantastic combination of fresh fruit, mango and grapefruit.

This kit contains:

• Full instructions
• 1 x 3.0Kg pack of malt, barley and hop extracts
• 1 x 1Kg pack of dextrose monohydrate (brewing sugar)
• 1 x 20g sachet of dried brewing yeast
• 1 x 100g pack of fresh pelletised hops
• 1 x 130g pack of priming sugar
• Makes approximately 40 Pints (23 Litres)

In order to make this kit you may need:

• Sterilizing powder
• Brewers bucket

• Hydrometer
• Bottles or Barrel
