Instructions for us:

1. Open first air mouth and hold against wind / swing through the air.

2. Repeat with second air mouth to inflate the second air section.

3. Once filled, close the end quickly and roll over 3-5 times. 

4. Grab the plastic clips and bend panels to side to lock and secure the buckle.

5. Relax!
