USPS has been extremely unreliable in the past months and they have announced 1st class mail can take up to 2 weeks for delivery moving forward. USP 1st Class is included as free shipping method. If you get free shipping included for the listing which is 1st class mail and not pay for Priority or faster shipping service, I will assume you read this shipping notice and you understand the risks of late USPS delivery and your plants arriving dead. You understand no refund/replacement is offered and you won't leave a negative review because of this. 


- Live Arrival Guarantee

Live Arrival Guarantee is ONLY offered with USPS Priority or Express Mail or UPS Ground . It's will cost a bit extra but plants have a better chance of arriving in good shape.


Plants Arrived DOA

take clear pictures of the plants in their unopened packaging

message me within 3 hours of the FIRST delivery attempt.

*Guarantee is void if the 1st delivery attempt is unsuccessful. 

Please also note, any DOA due to cold (below 30F) and hot (above 80F) weather is not covered.



- TANK / HOME RAISED

All my plants are Grown Indoor.

All plants are grown submerged.

Plants will adapt much better to your aquarium.

*compared to plants grown outdoors and out of water by most sellers.*


- TRANSIT

Plants can get stressed during shipping.

Signs of Normal stress: melting, lighter or darker color, bad smell, turn mushy.

this is normal behavior!

Remember that plants have spent almost a week inside a bag without light or proper oxygen and nutrients.



- ACCLIMATION

After receiving the plant

put them in your tank

provide bright light

add some fertilizer

After an adjustment period couple days to a week, they will bounce back, grow and propagate!


Everyone's tank condition is different and depending on whether you care for plants properly, they may or may not thrive. I do not guarantee how these plants will grow in your tank. Please do your research on how to properly care for them before purchasing. Google and Youtube offer a wealth of information.


- SHIPPING (recommendation)

Upgrading to Priority or Express for Live Arrival Guarantee.

1st class mail does not have Live arrival guarantee. ( due to USPS delays on first class)

DOA due to cold/hot weather is not covered. Temperature is very important for live delivery of plants. Please check the 7 day weather forecast in your location before placing your order. Please do not order if temperatures in the coming days are low (below 30F) or too high (above 80F).

To avoid your plants getting stuck at USPS' sorting facility over the weekend, and assuring Live arrival.


TRACKING ?

Each purchase is provided with a tracking #, please follow the route of your package and pick up your plants promptly after the delivery. DOA left in the mailbox outside in high/low temperature are not covered, this will kill any live plant.


- DOA / LIVE Guarantee

Live Guarantee not covered with 1st class mail. ONLY Priority Express mail and UPS is covered with Live Arrival guarantee.

DOA due to cold (below 30F) and hot (above 80F) weather is not covered.

If you receive extremely damaged plants due to late delivery, please take clear pictures of the dead plants on the top view & side view and send through Messages on the day of delivery. There is an option to upload pictures. Please note, guarantee is void after the delivery day shown on your tracking #.

I will refund the cost of the plants but not shipping cost. If you want a replacement instead, please pay for the shipping fee by purchasing Shipping Service from my listings.

DOA is only covered with in 1st 3 hours of plant's delivery time.

Your Aquarium condition may and vary depending on whether you care for plants properly, they may or may not thrive. There is no guarantee on these plants thriving in your tank. Please do your research on how to properly care for them before purchasing.


- RETURNS

Due to the nature of live plants, I cannot accept returns. However, I will work with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact me. 


- FEEDBACK / REVIEW 

If there is any problems or issues, 1st contact me before deciding to leave negative or neutral feedback. I'll do my best to solve any problem to your satisfaction. Make sure to contact me before leaving feedback. Leaving negative or neutral feedback would limit my options to make things right.


- LOCAL LAWS

Buyer is responsible about plants and animals being legal to keep in their state or if plants or fish are considered invasive or noxious in their state. Please make sure you research this before ordering.
