The model is pre-owned but has never been started. The model is complete and all pieces are accounted for. What you see in the photos is exactly what you will get.
Should you receive the model and it is in fact missing pieces or is not to your liking, please message us and we will rectify the situation immediately according to our return policy.
SHIPPING
• We ship Monday-Friday and all orders will ship in one business day or less. Most orders placed on Friday will be shipping on Monday morning.
• Combined shipping will be provided for all multi-order items, with the exception of Global Shipping orders. Any excess shipping costs will be reimbursed to the buyer.
RETURN POLICY
· Our goal is to provide you with the best shopping experience possible complete with high quality products, personal customer service, and timely delivery. If you have concerns with the item you've purchased, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and we will provide a full refund and/or send you a replacement if possible and desired. Available for domestic orders within the U.S. only. International returns NOT accepted
· In order to receive a full refund the item must return in the same condition it was received.
