Please note: Please do your research on the product and its capabilities. 

We DO NOT refund or accept returns if the device is "not suitable, does not run your software, or does not meet your expectations regarding performance, size, shape, you do not like the colour or don't really want it".

These are excellent devices which rarely develop issues. We cover against any additional hardware issues for 1 x months from purchase (other than what has been stated in the listing).

All devices are tested and rebuilt, updated and run thorough system diagnostic tests to ensure everything is working as stated in the listing.


This warranty DOES NOT COVER physical damage caused by you (e.g. dropping, rough use, water damage, short circuit the device, dirt entering the device ports or connectors, cracked screen or stepping on the screen, rough handling of the screen causing multi touch issues or ghost touch on the screen, keyboard keys falling off or charging cables no longer working, cracked or frayed, pens batteries running out, pen tips being used roughly or damaged if they were dropped, etc). 

Please take care of the charging cable and/or pen if its provided. Any misuse, rough handling or damage is a fault caused by the user and not a manufacturing fault and these are not covered under our warranty. 

We also do not cover software issues (if you build it wrong, install a wrong driver, configure the settings wrong, contract a virus, install encryption and lock yourself out,  or other software related issues). 

If you do encounter an issue and believe the device has failed (and its not a setting or a software issue) we will ask you to install and run a diagnostic test from Microsoft to determine if there is a fault with the device.

If there is a fault, we will gladly replace it for you.
