McCurrie Cinnamon Sticks are Light brown, crisp quills of dried cinnamon bark. Adds a sweet and spicy aromatic taste to anything.

Cinamomum Zylanicum or True Ceylon Cinnamon is an indigenous plant to Sri Lanka.

Due to its unique, quality, colour, flavour and aroma and it has a long-standing reputation in the international market. Hence, 80% - 90% of the true cinnamon is supplied by Sri Lanka.

It has a high content of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, and antimicrobial properties.

True cinnamon has very low coumarin content and is much rarer than the more abundant cassia cinnamon.

The flavor is sweet, delicate and not overpowering, making it ideal for aromatherapy, fragrances and foods.
