NEW: Drums that have been built new, pictured, and put in boxes for shipping. In some instances, we make brief demo videos and sound samples of new drums, so you might find a few stickmarks. New drums come with our full manufacturer’s warranty.

NEW-DEMO: Drums that have been on display on our retail floor. Folks have been allowed to test play--but not abuse, but the drums haven’t been out of the store. You might notice a few stick marks and a smattering of 100-year-old-building dust, and you'll get the benefit of the full new warranty.

BACKLINE: Drums that have been played on stage. One of TreeHouse's main ways of getting the word out is to put drums in the hands of high school and college students on stage at jazz festivals, providing a kit for that benefit concert, or renting a kit to a touring band for an evening's show. All BACKLINE items share the facts that they've been well-maintained in-house, and they come with our warranty as though they were new, excluding minor cosmetic signs of use, for less fundage than new builds.

USED: Drums that have been owned by someone else in the past. Although "Used" can mean something cared for like a newborn baby or an unplayed/returned gift all the way to barely salvageable, all USED drums share the fact that they don't come with our manufacturer's warranty.

We accept all methods of payment currently approved by eBay's Managed Payments system, including credit, debit, and gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit. Payment must be received within five business days of the listing’s end or your purchase will be considered forfeit and may be re-listed. Buyer adds listing-specified or quoted shipping amount to the purchase price. Shipping amounts listed (including any “free shipping” offers) are only for the “Lower 48” Continental US States. Seller normally ships within 1 business day of receiving payment. You can avoid all shipping charges if you would rather pick up your item at our store in Topeka, KS. We could also arrange for you to pick it up in our store in Lawrence, KS. If you need it in a hurry, we can quote next-day or 2nd-day shipping in most cases. Please note that we can’t ship to P.O. Boxes nor do we offer C.O.D. shipping. We will only ship to a PayPal verified address!

INTERNATIONAL AND OTHER U.S. SHIPPING

We are happy to ship to experienced international buyers who have excellent feedback with ten (10) or more recent successful transactions. Please don’t bid or purchase if you don’t meet these minimum requirements. Hawaii, Alaska, all other parts of the US outside of the continental 48 states and ALL international buyers must contact us for a shipping quote before bidding or purchasing. Please don’t be grumpy with us if you are a purchaser outside of the continental United States when you discover that the automatic shipping calculator is often inaccurate for international and other long-distance shipping, as well some items are too big to be cost-effectively shipped to some locations. This is why we insist that you honor our simple request of contacting us before bidding or buying in order to receive an accurate shipping quote for this item to be sent to your location. You will be charged actual shipping regardless of what eBay’s automatic system calculates.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to CITES regulations all species of Rosewood must now be accompanied by a CITES certificate in order to be exported. If you would like to purchase a product that has Rosewood there may be an extended wait for the CITES certificate and additional charges related to procuring said certificate. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are possible within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Contact us to receive a Return Authorization form. Fill it out and pack it with your item, shipping your item to us at your expense, in the same or better condition as you received it. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will replace it or issue you a refund, less shipping charges. A return for refund voids “free shipping” offers and the buyer becomes responsible for the original outgoing shipping. Please note: any repairs or work necessary to restore your returned item to its outgoing condition will be assessed against your refund.
