1. Never recharge batteries unattended or overnight, recharging should always be supervised
 
2. Always recharge batteries in a fire-safe, cool and well ventilated area
 
3. Never allow children to handle or recharge batteries and electrical items
 
4. Store batteries in a fire-safe bag or area, and ensure terminals cannot short out

Not following these instructions may lead to damaging the battery, damage to the product, for or serious injury.

Please provide a physical address where someone is present to sign and accept your item. PO Box is accepted.

Please use your eBay username, postcode or telephone number as the reference when making  a direct deposit payment. Using the item number may mean we cannot match your payment and will delay processing and shipping.

If a shipment arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item and parcel.

We guarantee our products for 30 days against manufacturer defects. If the product is defective we will exchange or repair the item.

Warranty does not cover after-pay damages, crashes and improper installations. For airborne hobby items please ensure you test the item at ground level as standard practice in a safe clear area away from children, furniture, pets or items that can be damaged.

Customer pays for the return of goods, returned goods must be in original packaging.
