I am selling a Gussi Italian made stainless steel and black vinyl steering wheel without hub. It roughly measures 15" diameter. The center cutout roughly measures 2 1/4" diameter, mounting holes in the middle are 1 1/2" apart on center. This is new out of the package and does come as shown.
