Collection of 46 Italian Grand Tour Medallions Intaglios Cameos Framed.  This stunning collection of grand tour medallions was acquired from the mansion "Braeburn" in Nashville, Tennessee.  Braeburn was commissioned in 1912 by the founders of Ward Belmont college and most recently served as the residence of Vanderbilt University's chancellor.  At some point these were professionally reframed for conservation purposes.  All pieces are numbered and originally would have been accompanied by a corresponding information sheet describing the scene.  Sizes range from 3/4" to 2", and all are in well preserved condition with no issues.  Add this lot of finely crafted antique original grand tour medallions to your collection at the lower buy-it-now or feel free to make an offer!

I uploaded some clearer photos to hopefully better illustrate the beauty of these grand tour medallions!  I will be listing another set from the same estate shortly so be on the lookout as I believe they were all from the same original collection!
