Here for sale is a pair (2 ...left and right) of brand new aftermarket tailgate / hatch gas struts compete with brackets and fixings to mount. They are a direct swap. ive been using these for many years now and they a lot less than half the price of the Toyota ones. 
This is a very common item to fail on these old cars now so i have many items to keep them alive..... They fit all Mkiv supras 1993 - 2002.
