Up for auction - Peru- Higgins & Gage ?- Unlisted 5c Wrapper. This is not listed in Higgins and Gage. Maybe there is a mistake and the 3c wrapper that is listed should actually be 5c, or perhaps there is no error and it is simply unlisted. This wrapper unused but the flap is sealed as can be seen in the photos.
