These stylish sensor bins are great for those situations where you need both hands free such as scraping waste ingredients off your chopping board or leftovers from your plate etc. A natural evolution of the foot operated bins of the past, these units use infrared technology to sense your proximity, activating the motorised lid for your convenience. You can also activate the lid via 'Open' and 'Close' buttons as well as turn the unit off entirely at the back if required to preserve battery life.
The bin itself is stainless steel, whilst the lid assembly has a lightweight plastic design with a mirror effect chrome-plated coating to suit modern kitchens. Also included is a circular bag retaining clip if you require extra security.
All bins bins require AA batteries which are notincluded in the package.

There will be some form of cosmetic damage to the exterior, however as the units are in sealed boxes ready for immediate dispatch we cannot guarantee exactly what damage will be on the bin you have purchased. Damage you can expect to see may include scuffs/scrapes to the lid of bin casing, dents to any part of the bin, damage to the lower plastic ring, blemishes or cosmetic flaws to the chrome finish on the lid. All units are fully tested prior to listing and guaranteed 100% operational.
